Intro to our new Executive Director,

    Melissa L. Paschal

I am so excited to join the membership of HBCH as we all work together to advance our organization to new levels of success. I look forward to development of valuable programming and core competencies that members can expect from us as a leading resource on Houston healthcare. One of my biggest goals is to bring diversity into our membership by recruiting members from all segments of the Houston workforce. By convening all constituents in our community to address employee health, benefits and wellness, we can support our economy as it continues to be one of the most prosperous regions in the country.

My background in healthcare financing from various perspectives provides me with a unique viewpoint exness thailand. I am passionate about bringing clarity to the economics of how health care is funded. As our healthcare world continues to change rapidly, my responsibilities will be to navigate through relevant resources and to learn from all of our members and experts thus serving as the conduit to educate all of you and our community in whatever way possible.

In my personal life, I am married and I have 2 sons. My husband is also a healthcare executive and we often engage in lively conversations about the daily changes in our healthcare environment. My oldest son is a freshman at the University of Colorado at Boulder and is living in the health professions dormitory which cultivates interest and support for students who desire entering any type of health profession. My youngest son is a junior at Lamar High School in the IB program. In my free time you might find me at 24 Hour Fitness Rice Village, cheering on the Texans at home games, or watching Food Network and preparing any meals I find inspirational exness th.
