    Membership Guidelines:

    1. Each membership entitles the member company to designate 4 member names, including the primary member name. If the member would like to add more names, each additional named member shall pay the individual membership rate.

    1. Membership type is determined by the Board.

    2. Annual renewal is calculated on the anniversary date of original membership.
