The Houston Wellness Association is a non-profit member organization serving employers and vendors in their pursuit of improved health, wellness, and productivity for Houston area employees, their families, and their community. The HWA encourages corporate level membership whenever possible as this will give a broader pool of health and wellness leaders in your company access to our resources. Leaders from Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Health and Safety, Security, and Facilities Management have all derived value from our programs and networks. CEOs, VPs, Medical Directors, Directors, Program Managers, and Fitness/Wellness Coaches speak, learn, benchmark, and network through the Houston Wellness Association.

Existing or past members can access their historic profile information by using the forms below. All memberships are for 12 months from date of dues payment. We are raising the bar on the support we offer to the Houston employer community, but we need your support to sustain this level of programming and services.

Corporate Employers

Corporate level membership for employers provides the following benefits for multiple corporate participants:

• Participation in corporate only benchmarking and networking events, including employer only events
• Partnership opportunities to develop wellness events for your employees and community
• Eligibility for participation in the health data collaborative and consideration for subsidized health and productivity analyses
• Full participation in HWA employer peer subcommittees
• Priority registration for limited capacity events
• Reduced pricing for participation in events and CEU-eligible workshops compared to non-members
• Access to HWA Members Only Website Section (coming in January) containing presentation information, members only articles, and social networking capabilities to keep in touch with your peers as you choose
• Reciprocal membership to partner organizations (coming soon!)
• Quarterly webinars included with membership for named members

$400-$1,000 per 12 months depending on company size for 5-15 named members

Corporate Vendors

Corporate level membership for vendors provides the following benefits:

• Participation in corporate only benchmarking and networking events, including a vendor education seminar led by employers
• Consideration for sponsorship and exhibition opportunities
• Priority registration for limited capacity events
• Reduced pricing for participation in events and CEU-eligible workshops compared to non-members
• Access to HWA Members Only Website Section (coming in January) containing presentation information, members only articles, and social networking capabilities to keep in touch with your peers as you choose
• Reciprocal membership to partner organizations (coming soon!)
• Quarterly webinars included with membership for named members

Individual Professionals

Sometimes it takes a little while to prove the value to full corporate membership in some organizations. We understand all about making the business case and believe that the best way to do this is to start to get involved!

Individual professional membership provides the following benefits:

• Registration announcements prior to open registration for limited capacity events
• Reduced pricing for participation in events and CEU-eligible workshops compared to non-members
• Access to HWA Members Only Website Section (coming in January) containing presentation information, members only articles, and social networking capabilities to keep in touch with your peers as you choose
• Quarterly webinars included with membership for named member

$200 per 12 months for named member only
